Developing Android Services in C# with Xamarin

Session Details - Boston Code Camp 18 - October 2012

This session will discuss how to develop services in C# using Mono for Android. We'll cover the basics of how Android services work and examine the various scenarios that services are used for when developing Android applications. Although some knowledge of Mono for Android will be helpful, we'll introduce enough of the basics such that any C# developer should be able to follow along, even those without Android experience.
